Base: 1" Medflex® VPF® High Density Foam ensures that the patient maintains the proper stability, support and correct spinal alignment
Cover: Vyvex® III, a four way stretch non-shearing material which is anti-microbial and stain resistant. All seams are sealed ensuring contaminants can not infiltrate the cover material. This allows you to maintain your present infection control and cleaning protocol. A non-skid bottom cover prevents slippage and provides patient safety. An adjustable strap is provided to secure the overlay to any style dental chair.

Our body temperature reactive Viscotec® memory foam conforms to the patients body dimension, providing exceptional therapeutic cushioning and support. The selected foam combination reacts to body weight displacement across the entire surface. Height retention loss is eliminated, offering effective clinical outcomes combined with patient comfort.

The Comfort Pro® uses Med-Flex® VPF foam with SMT™ (Surface Modification Technology). Surface modification technology enables Blue Chip to produce a single piece of polyurethane foam with varying features and properties. This engineering advancement produces a pressure redistribution surface that gives unlimited comfort zones never thought possible in a single piece of foam. SMT™ allows the Hexon® design to be stronger and more supportive with a greater surface area than conventional foam convolution. The unique Hexon® design absorbs and distributes the weight of the body to provide greater comfort & support over standard convoluted foams.

We offer two styles of headrests to accommodate any headrest design for additional patient comfort: Model 6650 Bolster Style, Model 6651 Contoured Style. Both headrests are made from Viscotec® Memory Foam providing the ultimate in pressure redistribution and patient comfort. All headrests are covered with VyvexIII®, 4-way stretch, non-shearing material.
