FREIGHT POLICY:
All prices are F.O.B. Suffern, NY. Orders totalling $1,000 will be shipped freight free. (Foam and Gel Mattresses are F.O.B. Suffern, New York, unless a special agreement is in place). Special handling charges do not apply.
FREIGHT CLAIMS:
All shipments should be inspected at time of delivery. Claims for shortages or visible damage must be filed with the carrier.
RETURN GOODS POLICY:
Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization. It will be refused and returned to sender. Returns must be sent prepaid and subject to a 25% restocking fee unless an error in processing is made by Blue Chip. All returns must have prior written authorization from Customer Service with a valid RMA#.
WARRANTIES:
All products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty does not include negligence or misuse of the product. It is at the discretion of Blue Chip to repair or replace damaged goods. All warranty returns must have prior written authorization from Customer Service with a valid RMA#.
The company has the right to modify and improve any product without notification. We reserve the right to raise prices without notice.
