Terms & Conditions

ORDERS:
Orders should be called into the Blue Chip Medical Products office at 845-369-7535 or 800-795-6115, or faxed to 845-369-7633.  Orders are not firm until Blue Chip issues an order confirmation.

All orders under $50 are subject to a $15.00 Handling Fee in addition to shipping charge.

PRICES:
Blue Chip reserves the right to change listed prices at any time.  Please note that market prices for foam change significantly. Confirm pricing prior to placing order.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Customers with established credit:  net 30 days from date of Invoice. Customers without credit:  full payment prior to shipment.

FREIGHT POLICY:
Prepaid orders totaling $1,500 or more will be shipped free* to a single address in the continental US. *Excluding foam mattresses, stretcher and OR/ER table pads and gel overlays.  Foam mattresses, stretcher and OR/ER table pads and gel overlays are FOB Suffern, NY. Bed wedges do not qualify for free shipping.

All shipments should be inspected at time of delivery. Claims for shortages or visible damage must be noted and signed for on the delivery ticket at the time of delivery.

RETURN GOODS POLICY:
Customers must have prior authorization before returning merchandise. Call Blue Chip’s office for RA (return authorization) number. Returns must be sent prepaid within 30 days of receipt, and must be unused, undamaged and in original packing.  Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee unless there is a manufacturer shipping error.
Custom items may not be returned.

WARRANTY:
All Blue Chip products are warranted to conform to Blue Chip’s latest product specifications at the time of sale. All Blue Chip products come with a limited warranty against defect in workmanship and materials. (Please see the Blue Chip product specification for the product warranty period.) During the warranty period, Blue Chip will, at Blue Chip’s discretion, either repair or replace any product that does not comply with this warranty. There are no other product warranties, express or implied.  All product warranties are void if the product has been misused or abused, if there have been unauthorized repairs, or if the law tag has been removed or tampered with. Warranty returns must have a valid RA number.
