Alternating Pressure Air Mattress System with Gentle Low Air Loss

The Power-Pro™ Elite Alternating Pressure Air Mattress System with Gentle Low Air Loss combines two clinically effective therapies: True Low Air Loss and Alternating Pressure, in a portable system. An optional pulsating low air loss therapy feature is available. The pressure distribution mattress utilizes 18 independent 9″ deep air cells to provide proper pressure redistribution for the prevention and treatment of Stages I-IV pressure ulcers. The new Power-Pro™ VW Elite bariatric model combines variable-width convenience with durability and wound prevention features. Available in three models to fit the most popular bariatric bed frames. The Power-Pro VW Elite fits 36”,  42”, 48”  bed frames and lengths up to 88″  The Power-Pro™ Elite Alternating Pressure Air Mattress System with Gentle Low Air Loss supports patients weighing up to 1000 pounds. Power Pro® VW is an expandable air mattress for variable mattress widths.

Power Pro™ VW is an expandable air mattress system that allows for variable mattress widths. 36″, 42″ & 48″ supporting 1000 lbs and variable lengths 80″, 84″ & 88″.Options for the Expandable Mattress:
Power Pro™ VW has two optional features
– Automatically adjusting 2 position fowler sensor
– Enhanced Low Air Loss through a unique Ventilated Low Air Loss Vyvex-I Cover.
This enhances therapy and helps create and control micro-climate.

Cover:
Vyvex – III™ – Urethane coated, multi-stretch, moisture resistant / vapor permeable, low shear, quilted cover, transfers moisture away from the patient’s skin. The cover is washable, anti-microbial, fluid-resistant, and fire-retardant.

CPR Valve quickly deflates the mattress system for medical emergencies. A simple twist releases air immediately.

The blower pump is controlled by a micro-processor which allows the caregiver total control of comfort and chosen therapy. Cycle time ranges from 5 to 95 minutes. The blower pump inflates the mattress within minutes, reducing the waiting time for therapeutic treatment to begin.Blower Features:

Blower Options:

  • Pulsating low air loss pump Model 9511-PS allows caregivers to provide pulsating low air loss therapy.
  • Automatic Fowler Sensor detects patient positioning and automatically increases power as needed in the sacral area. 10% adjustment for a 30º incline. 5% additional adjustment for a 40º incline.
