AVAILABLE SIZES: The SRS-EZ Replacement Mattress Safety Cover comes standard in 36” x 80” x 6” however can be customized to fit any foam, innerspring or powered mattress system including bariatric mattress systems. Please specify length, width and depth, and either round or square corner. For powered systems please specify the location of any opening including CPR valve and Hose location.

| TOP COVER: The cover features a built in foam raised side rail. The SRS-EZ Replacement Mattress Safety Cover comes in Vyvex-I™ as standard. Vyvex-l™ is a Nylon PVC-backed top cover with a low moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR). Vyvex-l™ is fluidproof and offers low-shear, low-friction protection is anti-microbial, fire retardant, stain resistant and washable. Optional cover materials available. BOTTOM COVER: Medical Grade material. DURABLE “L” SHAPED ZIPPER: Allows the SRS-EZ replacement cover to be flapped back. This allows the existing mattress to easily be installed into the replacement cover. Barrier Lok™: Blue Chip’s exclusive Barrier Lok™ covers the zipper to prevent fluid intrusion and meet infection control standards. |
