Replacement Covers for Foam Mattress Systems

Replacement covers for all Blue Chip foam 36″, 42″ & 48″ wide and 76″ 80″ & 84″ in length mattress are available in a variety of highly specialized cover materials.  Covers with patient safety side rail safety systems are available. Covers are low shear, washable, anti-microbial, fluid resistant and fire retardant and meet California Technical Bulletin #117 for fire-retardancy. Custom covers can be made to specification. Vyvex-III™

Vyvex-III™ is a Urethane coated, multi-stretch, low shear, moisture/vapor permeable quilted cover. Removable zippered cover, is low shear, washable, anti-microbial, fluid resistant and fire retardant and meets California Technical Bulletin #117 for fire-retardancy.  Vyvex III™ multi-directional stretch fabric transfers moisture away from the patient’s skin.

Mattress Replacement Cover. a zippered medical grade material. Fluid proof, anti-microbial, fire-retardant and stain resistant. The cover material meets Federal Flammability Standard 16 CFR 1633 for fire retardancy.
