The Tradewind™ Series Mattress System is the newest generation of high performance Therapeutic Mattress Systems. Tradewind™ offers unparalleled performance and value for the prevention and treatment of Stage I-IV pressure ulcers.  User friendly controls and ease of setup make Tradewind™ ideal for acute, long term care, hospice and the home bound patient. Tradewind™ series mattress utilizes 17 independent 8″ deep low air loss cells to provide pressure redistribution.  Multi-directional stretch cover is loose fitting and will conform to the patient. The Tradewind™ ATS is available in 42” & 48” bariatric sizes. 42:” supports up to 550 lbs and the 48″ supports up to 750 lbs.  Tradewind™ meets California Technical Bulletin #117 for fire retardancy. An optional fire barrier is available to meet the most stringent fire safety requirements when requested. Bladders: Ventilated low air loss alternating pressure mattress bladders Air holes in sacral and torso areas help minimize skin maceration by reducing excess moisture under the patient. Air cells are constructed of (TPU) thermal polyurethane, ensuring strength, durability and patient comfort. Static air base prevents bottoming out.

Patient Safety System: Shown with optional Side Rail Safety System
Cover: Multi-directional stretch fabric transfers moisture away from the patient’s skin. The cover is low shear, washable, anti-microbial, fluid resistant and fire retardant. Cover is loose fitting and will conform to the patient.
CPR Valve: Quickly deflates mattress system for medical emergencies. A simple twist releases the air immediately.

Digital pump features quiet operation, digital controls to adjust firmness, Low Pressure Alert, Auto Alarm, Auto-Firm, Lock-Out, Variable Cycle Time, Locking transport device, easy access filter, heavy-duty hanger brackets. To be used with the 42” & 48” bariatric mattresses. 42″ Supports up to 550 lbs, 48″ Supports up to 750 lbs. 

 

 


TRADEWIND™ ATS-RC MATTRESS PUMP WITH HANDHELD REMOTE FOR PATIENT INDEPENDENCE:

The Tradewind™ ATS-RC is the first Alternating Pressure Mattress System with Low Air Loss to provide patient comfort and independence 24 hours a day via the Hand-Held remote control. The ATS-RC allows the patient to control the pump digital control features.
