Blue Chip’s specialty foam dormitory mattress offers comfort, support and maximum durability. The inner core is a high-density polyurethane foam that is covered with a heavy-duty anti-microbial vinyl cover. The cover is sealed with a durable zipper to protect against infiltration using a super-strong nylon thread. Our foam core is constructed using CertiPUR-US® Certified foams, made without heavy metals, formaldehyde, phthalates, and ozone depleters, for a healthy sleep surface. *Mattress meets Federal Flammability Standards. Available in grey, navy, or  optional Vyvex-III multi-stretch urethane coated fabric with a low moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) cover. Custom and Bariatric sizes available. 1 Year Limited Warranty.
