Blue Chip Medical maintains a well-stocked parts inventory for all of our products.
All parts are available for immediate shipment.

Repair Services

Warranty and out-of-warranty service is available for all Blue Chip products.
For repair, you must first arrange for a repair RA  by calling customer service at (800) 795-6115.
Please make sure to have your product’s, model number, serial number when calling.

When returning for repair
– Please provide a detailed note explaining the reason for the repair
– Product must be sanitized
– Write the RA number on the box
– We suggest you insure the shipment to prevent loss.

Warranty & Out of Warranty
All Blue Chip products are warranted to conform to Blue Chip’s latest product specifications at the time of sale. All Blue Chip products come with a limited warranty against defect in workmanship and materials. (Please see the Blue Chip product specification for the product warranty period.) During the warranty period, Blue Chip will, at Blue Chip’s discretion, either repair or replace any product that does not comply with this warranty. There are no other product warranties, express or implied.  All product warranties are void if the product has been misused or abused, if there have been unauthorized repairs, or if the law tag has been removed or tampered with.

For out-of-warranty service, a quote will be provided prior to repair.
