Designed for use in Home Care and multi-use. The single-layer polyurethane foam core provides superior patient comfort. Our foam core is constructed using CertiPUR-US® Certified foams, made without heavy metals, formaldehyde, phthalates, and ozone depleters, for a healthy sleep surface.  Home Care Elite™ is covered with a durable, anti-microbial, fluid-proof, stain-resistant medical grade material. The mattress is closed with a self-ventilating zipper and can be special ordered utilizing an inverted lock-stitch closure.
